Love the idea of Personal Training but don’t want to go it alone? Whatever your motivation or fitness level, our Group Personal Training sessions are an excellent way to stay active in a supportive environment.
Delivered with Sport England and the Community Champions programme, we’ve enlisted a qualified personal trainer who will work at your level and take you through a set of exercises each week to build strength and increase cardiovascular fitness.
