A fun, dynamic yoga class for teens. An opportunity to learn basic poses that support flexibility and strengthen muscles. Take part in fluid and gentle stretches supporting your body and mind. Guided meditation at the end is the perfect opportunity to slow down, calm the nervous system and chill out.
Classes are 30 minutes and take place on Zoom every Monday 6.00-6.30pm
All the classes are taught by DanceWest specialist teachers, with a flair for making everyone feel welcome and supported. The DanceWest team are experienced and qualified all DBS checked. Classes are 30 minutes and take place on Zoom every week.
