DanceWest seated yoga combines basic poses that flexibility and strengthen muscles. Perfect for adults 65+. This class will provide gentle stretches supporting your body and mind. Guided meditation at the end of the class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, calm the nervous system and chill out.

Classes are 30 minutes and take place on Zoom every Friday 2.00-2.30 & 2.30-3.00pm
All the classes are taught by DanceWest specialist teachers, with a flair for making everyone feel welcome and supported. The DanceWest team are experienced and qualified all DBS checked.
