DanceWest low impact dance classes are designed for adults 55+ combining evidence-based exercise with the creativity and energy of dance. Designed to provide a gentle work-out, develop greater strength and coordination from the comfort of your own home!

Classes are 30 minutes and take place on Zoom every Tuesday 2.00-2.30pm and 2.30-3.00pm
All the classes are taught by our specialist dance teachers, with a flair for making everyone feel welcome and supported. The DanceWest team are experienced and qualified all DBS checked.
