Re-opening of World's End Place
An extravaganza of free events
To celebrate the re-opening of World's End Place, Chelsea Theatre and The Royal Borough of Kensington are delighted to announce a series of FREE events, celebrations and performances over the course of two days between 22-23 June 2007.
FRIDAY 22 JUNE: HIGHLIGHTS
12.30pm Launch: official re-opening ceremony by Councillor Merrick Cockell, Leader. 1pm: Capoeira and Indian dancing display 1.30pm: The Chelsea Belles 3.30pm: An African Drumming display
SATURDAY 23 JUNE: HIGHLIGHTS
11am: Sculpting and Painting Workshope for Children
12pm: Line Dancing
2pm: The Roadhouse Dogs
6pm: Film screening of the Disney cartoon The Jungle Book
SATURDAY 23 JUNE: LIVE ART PERFORMANCES
Miss High Leg Kick's Fashion Bus: Edinburgh Festival hit comes to London on this fun, saucy magical bus
With Miss High Leg Kick and Sparklemotion. Suitable for all, but please be aware there are a couple of slightly risque moments!

Oogly Boogly: A beautiful and unique performance for babies aged between 12 and 18 months.
Performance times: 10am, 11.30am, 2pm
Kazuko Hohki's Oh Doh: A whimsical and comedic guided tour of the King's Road. Performance times: 11am, 1pm, 4pm
