Yara El-Sherbini
Universality Challenge
Some people say that there is no true reality, only perceptions and opinions.
Yara El-Sherbini’s Universality Challenge playfully explores art and life through a game show, asking:
Is happiness a cigar called Hamlet?
Do girls just want to have fun?
Does universal truth exist?
Join the contestants as they go head to head in a battle to win the title of Universality Challenge in front of a live audience.
Always fancied being a contestant on a game show? Infact, maybe you've never thought of it before, but it sounds kind of interesting and your not doing anything else that night.
Well, to take part call 020 7349 7811.
Yara El-Sherbini lives and works in London and has shown nationally and internationally. In 2008 Yara will be touring work in Australia, as part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival, and will be showing work at Modern Art, Oxford in early 2009.
